Brand Client Standard License Agreement
MPStockPhotos Standard Brand License Agreement
This agreement is made between MPStockPhotos (Michelle Patrick), referred to as "Licensor," and the individual or business commissioning photography services, referred to as "Licensee."
This license grants permission to use the delivered brand images under the terms outlined below, based on the selected package and any optional services.
Package Selection (please check one):
☐ Trial Package – $250
Includes a 1-hour session with 25 professionally edited images. Licensed for use on web, social media, and general brand marketing.
☐ Brand Essentials Package – $500
Includes a 2-hour session with 30–40 edited images and advanced retouching. Licensed for use on web, social media, print, and general brand marketing.
Approved Uses
Use on websites
Use on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.)
Use in email newsletters or digital marketing
Use in printed marketing materials like business cards and brochures
Use in online shop listings or product pages
Use in internal presentations or pitch decks
Usage Restrictions
Images may not be used on merchandise or products for resale
Images may not be used in commercial packaging
Images may not be resold, re-licensed, or redistributed
Images may not be used for AI training, scraping, or NFTs
Images may not be used in misleading, defamatory, or unlawful content
All photographs remain the intellectual property of MPStockPhotos (Michelle Patrick). Licensing does not transfer ownership.
Payment Terms
☐ A $50 deposit is due at booking to reserve your project. The remaining balance is due at project completion and before final image delivery.
Payment may be made in person (cash, card, or check) or online via Squarespace.

☐ Additional shooting hour – $75
☐ 5 extra product-only shots – $50
☐ 10 extra product-only shots – $75
☐ 20 extra product-only shots – $100
☐ Rush delivery (within 48 hours) – 25% surcharge
☐ Travel beyond 60 miles – quoted separately
☐ Printed images – available upon request
☐ Styled flat lay setups (seasonal or themed) – $75 to $150
☐ Behind-the-scenes brand coverage – $100
☐ White background product images – $10 to $20 per item
☐ Holiday or seasonal styling – $75 to $125
☐ Lifestyle product shots (with props, hands, or models) – quoted by concept
☐ Location feature (shop, studio, or farm) – $150
☐ Multiple file sizes for delivery – $25 per batch
☐ Image archive beyond 30 days – $25 per year
☐ Framed print for display – quoted by size
