A classic dish loved by many
Ingredients

2 slices of torn bread
-
1 ½ cups frozen hash browns
-
½ cup shredded cheese
-
4 slices of bacon
-
6 beaten eggs
-
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 425’. Grease medium sized casserole/baking dish. place bread into dish followed by hash browns. Pour eggs over the top. Sprinkle cheese and place strips of bacon. Cover with aluminum foil.
Recipe Note
This recipe is super flexible. It allows for the addition or subtraction of so many ingredients based on your taste and needs. Think- onions, green peppers, broccoli, mushrooms.
